A solitary Teasel with three heads was the first of it’s kind this year, standing head shoulders above the healing RibwortPlantain.  The Musk Mallow is pretty in pink and it’s fragrance as it’s name would suggest is musky in the air.  The HedgeCranesbill with it’s heart shaped petals is hiding amongst the grass.

'Down the Field'  has been a year long project depicting the seasonal and monthly changes in the flora and fauna, inspired by my daily morning walk with Dotty.  There is a strong nod to the Arts and Crafts Movement in their design, which is echoed in the framing.

Framing - Beautifully framed in a high end moulding with deep bevel mount and Art Glass, which reduces reflection but also shows the colours as their true hue.
