Stonebeck and Bluebells - Upper Nidderdale
Oil and Mixed media on board
60cm x 60cm unframed
82cm x 82cm Framed in a contemporary wide white frame
At the very top of Nidderdale but west of the Nidd is the small beck of Stonebeck which gives its name to the delicious award winning small batch Stonebeck cheese!..... Walking through the farm where it is made, Low Riggs, takes you to the beautiful derelict remains of High Riggs and here the path bears down to the beck, a really magical spot. Stepping stones cross the beck. This is a view looking downstream.
