In Upper Swaledale not far from Gunnerside is the fabulous Crackpot falls.  The falls themselves are quite hard to capture, just due to the lay of the land, to get into a position to sketch you are either too close or tucked round a corner..... but the stream just at its head is beautiful, especially in the setting sun.
